Student Association Handbook: Student Association Directory


During COVID-19 restrictions, the Students’ Union will be promoting the directories regularly on social media.  Make sure your directory listing is welcoming for students to want to connect.

Once the Student Association has been ratified or renewed, update your information for the directory. 

Things to include: 

  • A short write up of what your Student Association is about and what members can expect
  • Student Association logo
  • Email
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter
  • Website (if you have one)
  • 15-45 second mp4 informative video

Send all the information you would like to include to the Membership Outreach Coordinator and your section of the directory will be updated as soon as possible. **Please Note: your logo file should be a 138 pixels wide by 108 pixels high PNG file with a transparent or colour-filled background.

All Student Association executives are required to regularly check their student association email for important information and updates from SUO.
