1. Complete the "Hamper Request" form Pantry Foodbank Hamper Request Form
2. Email your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. We will email you with a pickup appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately as we are using the appointment system to ensure social distancing.
4. Complete a form every time you need a hamper, once per month.
Pantry will continue to operate in this capacity for summer 2021. We hope to return to open access for September 2021, but we will make sure to follow provincial health guidelines and keep student safety a top priority! Please feel free to reach out via email if you have any questions or concerns.
Step 1 - GRAB A BAG!
Take a bag or more to use to carry your food. We try to reuse plastic bags from the community, so if you have bags at home we will put them to good use!
Step 2 - TAKE WHAT YOU NEED.
Using the guidelines, take what you need to get you through a few days. Remember to check the fridge and freezer too!
Please keep in mind that we serve other students, so be considerate when taking food.
Step 3 - NEED SOMETHING SPECIFIC?
For those students with food allergies, restrictions, or dietary needs we have hampers available. Fill out a hamper request form and drop it in the box provided or email it to email@example.com and we will fill it within 2 business days.
